Joseph Charles “J.C.” Bell, 67, of McMinnville died Friday, Nov. 23, at Raintree Manor Nursing Center in McMinnville.
He was born Jan. 27, 1945, in Warren County and was a retired welder with DeZurik Southern Corporation, and attended Christ United Methodist Church. Mr. Bell was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Vergie Adell Curtis Bell; sisters, Velma Lance, Ruth Davenport, and Frances Drake, and by brothers Fred Brown Bell, Tommy Bell, and Bobby Gene Bell.
Survivors include sons, Mark Bell of Murfreesboro and Matt Bell of McMinnville; sister and brother-in-law, Wilma Dean and Charlie Turner of McMinnville; and brother and sister-in-law, James and Elva Dean Bell of Rock Island; many nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
A graveside service and interment was held Saturday at New Bybee Chapel Cemetery. Garland Robinson officiated. Online condolences may be made at www.mcminnvillefuneralhome.com.
