Joseph Charles “J.C.” Bell, 67, of McMinnville died Friday, Nov. 23, at Raintree Manor Nursing Center in McMinnville. He was born Jan. 27, 1945, in Warren County and was a retired welder with DeZurik Southern Corporation, and attended Christ United Methodist Church. Mr. Bell was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Vergie Adell Curtis Bell; sisters, Velma Lance, Ruth Davenport, and Frances Drake, and by brothers Fred Brown Bell, Tommy Bell, and Bobby Gene Bell.
