McMinnville resident and Warren County native John Thomas Craven, 77, was born June 18, 1936 and died Oct. 6 at NHC Healthcare in McMinnville following an extended illness.A retired employee of DeZurik and a member of Arlington Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Owen W. and Lula Mae Smith Craven. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, James Craven, Alene Holmes, Charles Craven, Anne Stubblefield, Bethel Craven, Donald Craven and Floyd Craven.He was married Oct. 16, 1964 to Rosemary Simons Craven of McMinnville.
