McMinnville resident and Donalsonville, Ga., native Jerry Wayne Moulton, 59, was born April 11, 1958 and died Sept. 27 at NHC Healthcare in McMinnville following an extended illness.A truck driver and a member of McMinnville Church of God, he was the son of the late James and Betty Lou Barentine Moulton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother Robert Moulton. He was married Oct. 20, 1984 to Kathleen Mikkola Moulton of McMinnville.
