McMinnville resident and Donalsonville, Ga., native Jerry Wayne Moulton, 59, was born April 11, 1958 and died Sept. 27 at NHC Healthcare in McMinnville following an extended illness.
A truck driver and a member of McMinnville Church of God, he was the son of the late James and Betty Lou Barentine Moulton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brother Robert Moulton.
He was married Oct. 20, 1984 to Kathleen Mikkola Moulton of McMinnville. In addition to his wife, he is survived by four children and spouses, Donnie and Jennifer Moulton of Virginia, and Daniel and Kassie Moulton, Kenny Moulton, and Krystal and Tyler Martin, all of McMinnville; four grandchildren, Skylar Martin, Kaylee Bennett, Matthew Moulton and Caleb Moulton; sister Judy Magouirk of Crossville; numerous nieces and nephews; sister-in-law, Kathy Moulton of Lake City, Fla.; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ken and Randi Mikkola of Spring Hill, Fla., and Korey and Sharon Mikkola of McMinnville; and sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Karen and Bill Mason of McMinnville and Kim and Mark Hart of Maryville.
Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30 at McMinnville Church of God with Jeff Page officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. View Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 8 p.m. and Saturday from 12 to 1:30 p.m. at High's. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
