Jamie Blake Smith, 33, of Smithville died Monday, Feb. 6 at Saint Thomas DeKalb Hospital in Smithville.He was born Feb. 10, 1983, in Smithville, was a Bio-Med tech with Trimedx at St. Thomas Hospital. Mr. Smith was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents J.B. and Aletha Adcock. Survivors include his parents Steven Russell Smith of McMinnville and Penny Kay McReynolds of Lewisburg, children Jayden Smith, Jaymison Smith, and Jaxson Smith, brother Parker Smith of McMinnville and paternal grandparents Ray and Doris Smith of McMinnville.
