James Ronnie Pinegar, 59

Morrison resident and McMinnville native James Ronnie Pinegar, 59, was born Feb. 4, 1954 and died Sept. 17 at his residence.
A former employee of 25 years at Burroughs-Ross-Colville, an employee of the Warren County Highway Department and a member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of the late Homer and Nora Elizabeth Smith Pinegar. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Elizabeth Darlene Pack and Charlene Flint; and brother, William Pinegar.
He was married to Kyla Mayton Pinegar of Morrison. In addition to his wife, he is survived by six children, Michael Pinegar, Tammy Harding and husband Tracy, Julie Pinegar, Joseph Pinegar, Westley Pinegar and Elizabeth Pinegar, all of Morrison; four grandchildren; five brothers and sisters-in-law, Dwayne and Brenda Pinegar of Summitville, Donnie and Nancy Pinegar, David and Angel Spry, Jeremy Pinegar and Joshua and Arika Haggard, all of Manchester; two sisters, Diane Felman of Tullahoma and Brittany Blanton of Murfreesboro; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. Thursday at High’s Chapel with Jerry Myers officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 a.m. until the time of service Thursday at High’s.
High Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
