McMinnville resident and Warren County native Jackson David Dunlap, 14, was born Feb. 3, 2004 and died April 10 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville following an extended illness.

He was the son of Joe and Deitra Dunlap of McMinnville. In addition to his parents, he is survived by brother Lucas Majors and fiancée Virginia Prater of McMinnville; sister Olivia Majors and fiancé Tyler Gilley of McMinnville; paternal grandparents, David and Linda Dunlap of McMinnville; maternal grandmother, Wilba Walker of McMinnville; paternal great-grandmother Chole Gillespie of McMinnville; and a host of extended family.

A public memorial service will be held Monday at the Park Theater with doors opening at 5:15 p.m. and the formal program starting at 6 p.m. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
