McMinnville resident and Warren County native Inez Orrick, 78, was born Feb. 7, 1934 and died Aug. 4 at Middle Tennessee Medical Center in Murfreesboro following an eight-month illness. 
A supervisor with McMinnville Garment Company and member of Unity Church of Christ, she was the daughter of the late Tillman Louis and Mary Louise Willmore Tubb. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Jerry Orrick and brother, Billy Tubb.
She was married Feb. 5, 1949 to Verlon Orrick of McMinnville. In addition to her husband, she is survived by three children and their spouses, James Michael and Kathy Orrick of Mt. Juliet, and Terri and Buddy Foutch and David and Tammy Orrick, all of McMinnville; six grandchildren, Brian Biggs and Jennifer Lee of Mt. Juliet and Rachael and Lakelyn Foutch, Kevin Orrick and Sarah Lokey, all of McMinnville; six great-grandchildren; brother, Bobby (Helen) Tubb of McMinnville and two sisters, Eva (Donnie) Hendricks and Sandy Wilson, both of McMinnville.
Funeral service was held Tuesday in High’s Chapel with Roger Hamlet officiating. Burial followed at Bethany Cemetery.
High Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
