McMinnville resident and Cannon County native Helen Marie Lefevers Moore, 89, was born June 1, 1926 and died Jan. 27 at Raintree Manor following an extended illness.A homemaker and a member of Liberty Cumberland Presbyterian Church, she was the daughter of the late James Madison and Eulan Mae Tharp Lefevers. She was married Oct. 4, 1946 to Clyde Franklin Moore, who preceded her in death Dec. 10, 2015. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by sister Kathleen Duncan.She is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Clayton Wilcher of Rock Island and Sara Jean and Larry Wilson of Acworth, Ga.; son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Vickey Moore of McMinnville; three grandchildren and spouses, Patrick and Ami Wilcher of Rock Island, Jilene and Bo Bennett of Powell, and Cally and Jacobs Bost of McMinnville; five great-grandchildren, Jacob, Hunter and Emily Wilcher, Asher Bost and Blaze Bennett; sister and brother-in-law, Dorothy and Thomas Mears, Sr. of McMinnville; brother and sister-in-law, James and Martha Lefevers of Kentucky; brother-in-law, John Duncan of McMinnville; and several nieces and nephews.Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in High’s Chapel with Lanny Johnson officiating.
