McMinnville resident and Greenville, S.C., native Ginger Kay Raper Latham, 64, was born July 20, 1953 and died April 10 at her residence following an extended illness. A bookkeeper with Mid Tenn Building Supply and a member of the Colonel John H. Savage Chapter of the United Daughters of the Confederacy, she was the daughter of the late Arndell and Ruby Johnson Raper. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three siblings, Gary, Patricia and Ricky Raper.
