Garrett Randell Duggin, 36

McMinnville resident and Warren County native, Garrett Randell Duggin, 36, was born Oct. 12, 1984 and died suddenly on Dec. 25.      

A welder at Smithport Cabinetry and member of the Baptist church, he was the son of Gary Duggin and Melissa Bunch. He was married to Shanna Duggin of McMinnville on Oct. 16, 2001. He was preceded in death by grandmother Ann Thomas, great-grandmother Virginia Farless, paternal grandfather Richard “Jack” Duggin, great-aunt Lola Weir, and brother-in-law Manuel Madewell Jr.  

In addition to wife and parents, he is survived by three children, Savanna, Sadie, and Garryn Duggin, stepfather Tim Bunch, stepmother Rhonda Duggin, two sisters Candace Long and Icie Boyd, two brothers, Justin Duggin and Colby Duggin, mother-in-law and father-in-law Sandra and Manuel Madewell Sr., sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Sandra and Michael Phillips; brother-in-law and sister-in-law Chris and Christie Madewell, brother-in-law Jason Dwayne Madewell, niece and nephews Kloee and Maverick Long and Aubree Boyd, and several other nieces and nephews also survive.     

Mr. Duggin will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 3 at High’s Chapel. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. Sunday until the time of service. Online condolences may be made at www.highfuneralhome.com.
