Frances Rigsby, 87, passed away June 22, 2023, at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro. She was born June 6, 1936, to her parents, the late James Isaac and Alton Smith Alexander. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Lori Ann Nokes; brothers, James Isaac, Bill, Nick and Jimmy Alexander and Infant Brother; sisters, Mary Foster, Audrey Elam and Dorothy Bennett.
