Evon Campbell, 48, died Wednesday Sept. 18. She was born in McMinnville, Oct. 27, 1964. She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin Franklin Campbell and Willene Phillips Porter, and sister Patricia Little.She is survived by her daughter, Hanna Campbell; son, Joshua Dishman; sister, Donna (Leonard) Leggett; brothers, Kenneth, Jimmy, Steve and Daniel Campbell; stepsister, Kathy (Russell) Nunley; stepbrothers, James (Diane) and David (Donna) Frisbee; stepmother, Sylvia Beatrice Campbell; granddaughter, Gabriella Cunningham; and several loving nieces and nephews.Funeral services were held Friday, Sept. 20, at Layne Funeral Home chapel with Johnny Hobbs officiating with burial following at Little Johnny Myers Cemetery, Gap Road, Altamont.
