Mrs. Estelle Duncan Blair, 84, of the Ivy Bluff Community, died Wednesday, Oct. 23 at NHC Health Care Center in McMinnville. She was born Dec. 23, 1928, in Warren County. She was retired from the Warren County School System and was a member of the McMinnville Seventh Day Adventist Church.
