McMinnville resident and Ogden, Kan., native Edna Pennington, 82, was born Dec. 19, 1931 and died May 14 at her residence following an extended illness.A homemaker, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Garland and Mary Weeks Powers. She was married to Ret. U.S. Army Sgt. Millard James Pennington, who preceded her in death Jan. 29, 1973.
