Doris Ann Sweeney, 71, of McMinnville (Blues Hill community) died Tuesday, April 14, at Mabry Health Care in Gainesboro.She was born April 6, 1944, in Bledsoe County and was a homemaker, and a member of Blues Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church. Ms. Sweeney was preceded in death by father Grady Hale and mother and her husband Emma Ruth Sampson Goff and Philip Goff, and her son Norman Mitchell Goff.Survivors include many family members and friends.Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at McMinnville Funeral Home Chapel. Lyon Walkup will officiate.
