Spencer resident and White County native Deborah Sullivan, 56, died July 18 at Highland Medical Center of Sparta.The daughter of Geneva (Siebers) Franklin of Sparta and the late Howard Cox, she is survived by her husband of 38 years, David Sullivan; daughter, Brandy Delon and husband Keith Delon of Spencer; granddaughters, Sierra Rae Delon and Macy Olivia Delon, both of Spencer; two like-daughters, Sky Hinshaw of Morrison and Brooke Hicks of Georgia; like-granddaughter, Loren Hinshaw; brother, William Cox and wife Susan of Mt. Juliet; sisters, Karan Theesfield and husband Steve, Donna Bumbalough and husband Bruce, all of Sparta; mother and father-in-law, Thelma and Johnny Sullivan of Spencer; brothers and sisters-in-law, Darrell and Linda Sullivan, Don and Diane Sullivan and Doug and Tammy Sullivan; nieces, Holly, Corie, Sydney and Adrianne Sullivan; nephews, Johnathan, Justin, Zack, Cordell Sullivan and Daniel Delape and very special friends, Karia Lee and Judy Denny. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Tula McDowell.Services were held Friday at Spencer Funeral Home with Gene Brock officiating.
