McMinnville resident and Tullahoma native, Deanna Ruth Williamson, 81, was born Aug. 30, 1941 and died Oct. 11, 2022 suddenly at her residence.

A retired bank teller and of the Church of Christ faith, she was the daughter of the late P.D. Grissom and the late Lorene Williamson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Derek Sanford and brother, Danny Williamson.

Ms. Williamson is survived by step-son, Steve (Regina) Russell of Rock Island; grandchildren, Amanda (Eric) Simmons of Quebeck, Whitney (Jerrod) Arnold of Alabama and Stephanie Ingram of Rock Island; several great-grandchildren and lifelong best friend, Linda Horne of McMinnville.

Graveside service and interment will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13 at Crain Hill Cemetery in Van Buren County with Roy Terry officiating. All friends and family are asked to meet at the cemetery. No service or visitation will be held at High Funeral Home.
