Darell Wilcher, 59, of McMinnville died Tuesday, Dec. 25, at his residence after an extended illness.He was born in McMinnville Oct. 8, 1953, the son of the late Hattie J. (Ogle) and Howard V. Wilcher. He was as a brick mason for 43 years and is survived by his wife of 16 years, Cathy Wilcher of McMinnville; three daughters, Tracy Whigham of Fort Pierce, Fla., Crystal Norris of McMinnville, Kali Bogle and husband Danny Dickerson of McMinnville; three sisters Betty and husband Ronnie Faulk of Port St. Lucie, Fla., Wanda and husband Bill Richey of Vero Beach, Fla., Debbie and husband Jim Center of Clearwater, Fla.; special nephew James Timothy Wilcher, mother-in-law Patricia Hillman of McMinnville; and seven grandchildren, Madison and Jonathon Whighim, Zach Norris, Amalek Merriman, Jailey Parton, Kaden and Kylan McCormick-Bogle.He was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Hattie (Ogle) Wilcher; one daughter Angela Dawn Bogle; three brothers James Wilcher, Paul Wilcher, Ricky Wilcher; one sister Joyce Whiteaker.He is to be cremated and a service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made toward the cost of final expenses.
