Livingston resident and Warren County native Carl Wayne Wooden, 81, was born May 4, 1936 and died July 24 at his residence following an extended illness. He was the son of the late Orville and Cleo Holland Wooden. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Nancy Wooden and Deborah Blake.
