“Butch” Charles Howard Fults, 67, a McMinnville native and resident, died Oct. 8 at NHC Healthcare in McMinnville following an extended illness. He was a retired employee of Dunlap Tree Service and son of Annie Beatrice Elkins Fults of McMinnville and the late John Henry Russell Fults. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by brother Tommy Fults.
