McMinnville resident and Warren County native Bobby William Smith, 58, was born Feb. 6, 1966 and died April 7, 2024 at St. Thomas River Park Hospital in McMinnville following an extended illness.           

An employee with Tennsmith, he was the son of the late Frank and Ocie King Smith. He was married to Lisa Lynn Smith on Dec. 24, 2003 who preceded him in death on Dec. 14, 2023. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by brother, Johnny Smith. 

Mr. Smith is survived by three brothers, Stanley (Wanda) Smith of McMinnville, Charles Smith of Rock Island and James Smith of McMinnville; sisters, Frances (Keith) Wray and Barbara Jones of McMinnville; sister-in-law, Jewell Smith of Manchester and several nieces and nephews. 

Per Mr. Smith’s wishes, he will be cremated. No service or visitation will be held at High’s.
