Cleveland, Ohio resident and Warren County native Billy Preston Mullican, 77, died Sept. 23. He was the husband of the late Charlotte Bennett Mullican, and father of Deborah (Dave) Dillon, Sharon (Ben) Randolph, Patricia Mullican, and Constance (George) Gardner; grandfather of 12, and great-grandfather of three. He was the oldest son of the late Grady and Onie Mae Mullican.
