Billy Leonard Shinkle, 32, of Woodbury died Tuesday at River Park Hospital.He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Poe. Survivors include his wife, Jada Shinkle of Smithville; son, Jacob Shinkle of Woodbury; daughter, Carol Ann Shinkle of Smithville; mother, Carol Sue Lentner of Indiana; stepfather, Harold Lentner of Indiana; brother, Michael Poe of Indiana; sister, Jeanie Pack of West Virginia; two stepbrothers, Joe and Harold Lentner of Indiana and stepsister, Amanda Lentner of Indiana. A memorial service will be Sunday at 2 p.m. at the Chapel of Love-Cantrell Funeral Home.
