Billy Leon Hillis, 74, of McMinnville died Thursday, March 3 at Saint Thomas River Park Hospital. He was born March 12, 1941, in McMinnville and was retired from retail sales in the grocery business. He was preceded in death by parents, Bill and Sue Green Cardwell.
