Billy Joe Webb, 36, of Rickman died Sunday, May 14. Born Saturday, Sept. 6, 1980 in McMinnville, he was the son of Bethel Webb and Floretta Myers Webb. He was the husband of Tina Norris Webb.Surviving are his wife, Tina Sue Norris Webb; son Tristan Webb; daughter Loutisha Webb; father Charles Bethel Webb; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Butch and Nancy Norris; sisters Christy Webb, Misty Simmons (Roger); honorary brothers Michael Bennett and Dwayne Simons; nephews Austin Simmons, Brayden Rece, and Ethan Rece; nieces, Katie Simmons, Ellie Simmons, Lydia and Lizzy Raper; aunt, Joann Cox (Carl) and uncle, Terry Webb (Dee).He was preceded in death by his mother Loutisha Floretta Myers Grove; grandparents Bill and Loriene Myers, Joe and Ruth Webb.There will be a celebration of life at 5 p.m. Thursday, May 18, at Bear Cove Baptist Church with Jerry Pullum officiating.
