Mr. Billy Joe Talbert, 45, passed away Sunday, Oct. 30, 2022 at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, from an extended illness. Billy was born in Warren County on Oct. 27, 1977 to the late Sammy Brady and Barbara Jo Talbert Brady, who survives.
