McMinnville resident and White County native Betty Ruth Anderson Hall, 66, was born Dec. 14, 1948 and died June 28 at River Park Hospital following a lingering illness. A homemaker and a member of the Spirit of Life and Hope Church, she was the daughter of the late Kelly Ted and Arzella Turrington Anderson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, James Ray Manus; and stepfather, Stanton Manus.
