Ashland City resident and Van Buren County native Albert Esten Curtis, 96, died unexpectedly at Christian Care of Chetham County on Nov. 27.A carpenter, finisher and home builder, and a member of the Church of Christ, he was the son of Floyd Page Curtis and Ermon Rachel Roberts.He is survived by his sons, Mark (Michelle) Curtis of Nashville and Gary Curtis of Nashville; four grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and sisters Helen Curtis and Jessie Ray Wheeler.Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday at Molloy Cemetery with Daryl Demonberum officiating.
