Kelby Nunley named inaugural Tiny Fairest

The inaugural Tiny Fairest of the Fair was presented Friday night during opening activities of the Warren County A&L Fair. Thirty-five little lasses between the ages of 4-6 took to the stage at 5 p.m.

Six-year-old Kelby ReAnn Nunley claimed the title exhibiting style and grace on stage. She is the daughter of Chris and Chandi Nunley and is a first-grade student at Eastside Elementary.

Others in the court include:  Kiera Faith Bonner, daughter of Shyla and Xavier Bonner, first runner-up; Macie Brooke Dawn Pepper, daughter of Chris and Kelcy Pepper, second runner-up; and Malaya Janessa Taylor, daughter of Jacob and Lykesha Taylor, third runner-up.

The panel of judges chose a Top 20 list, with those including: MaKinley LaBrook Rutledge, daughter of Danessa Reed; Abigail Miah Graves, daughter of Amanda Graves and John Sullivan; Baylee Jade Baxter, daughter of Lori and Kelly Casey; Kara Amelia Brown, daughter of Cliff and Tabitha Brown; Anabelle Ziah Graves, daughter of Amanda Graves and John Sullivan; Raelynne Jane Barks, daughter of Derick and Tisha Barks; Sophia Kate Pepper, daughter of Joshua and Rachel Pepper; Spencer Daniel, daughter of Brittney Daniel and Hunter Daniel; Maggie Marie Panter, daughter of Brently Panter; and Selena Ann Moshier, daughter of Amelia Binto and Corey Moshier.

In addition to the court, others rising to the Top 10 list include: Tenlee Cate Medley, daughter of Jay and Chancy Medley; Rhyleigh Ann Webb, daughter of Richie and Britani Webb; Henlee Briar Jackson, daughter of Briana N. Rob Nunley photo The Morrison Elementary Cheerleaders won both the school sponsored division and the people's choice award at Saturday's McMinnville Christmas Parade.

The McMinnville Christmas Parade was held Saturday, featuring 107 entries and lasting approximately one hour. Winning in the business category were Ben Lomand Connect, first place; Prater's BBQ, second. 

Church/civic group/community organization/large non-profit winners were Warren County Sheriff's Office, first; The Vine Baptist Church, second; and Smartt Assembly of God, third. 

School sponsored winners were Morrison Cheerleaders, first place and people's choice award winners; Motlow State Community College, second; and F.C. Boyd Christian School, third.

Small club/non-profit winners were Girl Scout Troop 839, first; Ride N Drive Club, second; and McMinnville Saddle Club, third.

Horse rider club/mule or horse and hitch winners were Saddle Club, first; and Bruce Bush, second.

Antique car winners were Ride N Drive Club, first; Ryan J. Moore, second; and Frank Bond, third.

Most Unusual Vehicle winners were Ride N Drive Club, first; Donald Schott, second; and Tom Davis for Congress, third.

Winning the best band category was the Warren County High School Marching Band.
