Reigning Preteen Fairest of the Fair Bebe-Anne Brackley relinquished her title Friday in the annual event. She crowned Kalia Nevaeh Stewart, 12-year-old daughter of Heather Martin and Hobie Stewart. She is a seventh-grade student at Warren County Middle School.Each contestant in the Top 10 was asked an on-stage question, with Kalia’s being “What is your most prized possession that you could not live without?”She answered, “My friends and family are my most prized possession, because they are always there for me.”
