Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is an organization at Warren County High School that provides personal growth, leadership and career opportunities to students. Since 1945, FCCLA members have been making a difference in their families, careers and communities.
The local WCHS group is led by educators Suzanne Prater, Ragan Hardy, Connie Bell and Joann Barnes. The active members organize and implement numerous projects throughout the year, with two very important ones coming up.
FCCLA “Warm Hearts, Helping Hands” is collecting child-sized belts, socks, underwear, toboggans, hygiene products (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap) and non-perishable food items/snacks. The project is led by Ashlee Myers and Cailin Trapp, and will be collecting items now through Feb. 28.
