SUNDAY, DEC. 4

An open house will be held at the Black House on West Main Street from 1 to 5 p.m. Tours are $5 and free for children 4 and under.

The Liberty Christmas Parade in Liberty will be held at 2 p.m. with cash prizes, Mr. and Mrs. Claus and a petting zoo.

The Silver and Gold Band and Mike Chilcutt will present a Christmas concert at First Baptist Church on North Spring Street at 3 p.m.

MONDAY, DEC. 5

Lucky CIC will hold its monthly meeting at 6:30 p.m.

The Warren County Democratic Party will meet at 6 p.m. at Gondola Restaurant. All Democrats are encouraged to attend. 

TUESDAY, DEC. 6

Westwood Church of Christ will hold a clothing giveaway from 8 to 10 a.m.

THURSDAY, DEC. 8

The Warren County Retired Teachers Association will have its Christmas get-together at the Webb House for brunch at 10 a.m. Guest speaker will be held Donna Cotner. For information, call Betty at 668-8472 to RSVP.

Free clothing day will be held at East End Church of Christ from 9 a.m. until noon.

FRIDAY, DEC. 9

The third annual community nativity festival will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on Underwood Road on Dec. 9 from 5 to 8 p.m., Dec. 10 from 3 to 8 p.m., and Dec. 11 from 2 to 5 p.m. The event is free and features live music, art work depicting the life of Jesus Christ and other family friendly activities.

SATURDAY, DEC. 10

Standing with Standing Rock on the Trail of Tears will be held at Stonewood Bluff and Amphitheater at Pish-La-Ki on Harrison Ferry Mountain from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., Dec.10. A $5 donations is requested. The event will feature all-day speakers, musicians, food, tribal dance and native art vendors. The event is to raise funds to help stop the Dakota pipelines and raise funds for Sacred Stone Camp.

The Silver and Gold Band and Mike Chilcutt will present a Christmas concert at Three Star Mall at 3 p.m. on Dec. 11.

McMinnville First Free-Will Baptist Church will hold a Christmas concert Dec. 11 at 5 p.m. with the Scott Agee family. The church is at the corner of Red Road and Winding Way.

The Midway lighting contest and Christmas party will be held for Midway residents at 6 p.m., Dec. 12. Guests are asked to bring sandwiches and desserts as soup and chili will be provided. To enter the lighting contest call Renee at 224-9764. Lights must be on by 5 p.m. that evening.

Faith Missionary Baptist Church at 111 River Drive will be offering a hot meal from 3 to 5 p.m., Dec. 17 at the church. Everyone is welcome.
