A woman taking a shower was given probation on attempted child neglect charges after the 5-year-old she was supposed to be watching was found standing by the road.The woman, Chinae Darrell, 27, entered a guilty plea to the reduced charge of attempted child abuse. She was granted a six-month judicial diversion and must perform 16 hours public service work. Her record will be erased if she completes her probation without getting into trouble again.Darrell was charged after the 5-year-old she was baby-sitting was found sitting on the side of the road near Holly Pointe Apartments.
