The father of a woman accused of neglecting her dog says his daughter is facing the ire of animal rights zealots who are wanting to hang her before they hear the whole story.“I’m afraid I might lose my daughter over this,” said John Parker, father of Nina Parker, noting threats and unkind anonymous letters have left her depressed to a point he fears she may harm herself. “People need to wait until they hear the whole story.”Nina Parker is charged with neglecting a pitbull which was in her custody. Animal Control officials say they found the dog missing a leg and without proper food and water.
