It’s a question of he said, she said when it comes to the theft of valuable World War II flags, with the accuser saying a woman illegally sold the historical items.The suspect, Tamara Lynn Webb, 54, was bound to the grand jury by Judge Bill Locke on the charge of grand theft after a preliminary hearing in which the owner of the memorabilia, James Kirby, maintained she had no right to sell the historical pieces.At question are eight World War II historical flags. Kirby says he entrusted the flags to Webb for appraisal only. During conversations after handing them over, Kirby said Webb told him she had not gotten in contact with the appraiser.
