A woman who ripped off a neighbor and was caught red-handed will serve four months in jail.The woman, Samantha Jo Stahl, 26, was sentenced by Circuit Court Judge Bart Stanley to serve 120 days of a three-year sentence and make $3,850 restitution for felony theft.Her charges come after a home was burglarized on Brown’s Chapel Road. Taken in the break-in were items including a tiller, jewelry, and over $3,000 in coins. Investigators received information suggesting some of the stolen items could be at a residence just down the road on Brown’s Chapel Road where Stahl was staying.
