KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — Knoxville Police have found relatives of a young boy found wandering alone along a road.

The boy is about three feet tall and has blond hair. A truck driver called 911 at 1:48 a.m. on Wednesday and said he found the child walking near the Ryder truck yard on Strawberry Plains Pike in eastern Knox County, according to The Knoxville News Sentinel. The boy was wearing a hooded sweat shirt and jogging pants. He wasn't able to tell a police officer his name or those of his parents, nor could he say where he lived.

The newspaper reported a Knox County dispatcher later said police had found relatives of the child, but had no additional information.

The boy was put into custody of the Department of Children's Services.
