Those wanting a say about who is their next mayor, senator and U.S. president have until this coming Monday to register to vote if they have not already done so.The deadline to register is Oct. 8 at the election office located in the county government building on Locust Street.“Those not previously registered to vote, including those moving into Warren County from another county or state, who want to participate in the Nov. 6 elections must do so by submitting a voter registration application to the Warren County Election office by 4:30 p.m., Monday, Oct. 8,” said election administrator Donna Smith. Smith noted the election office will be open even though that day is a legal holiday, although most federal offices will not. Oct. 8 is Columbus Day.“An applicant for voter registration by mail is advised to have their form postmarked by Saturday, Oct. 6.
