Juanita Boren, 70, was injured just after noon Friday after she was struck head-on by a vehicle driven by Carolee Holder, 45, on Sparta Street near the Rescue Squad building. Both ladies were taken to River Park Hospital for treatment of noncritical injuries. Holder was rounding a curve and was on the wrong side of the road when the collision happened.
