A 19-person docket was heard Tuesday afternoon by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Trial Court. Included in the afternoon session:Savanna J. Mahan was bound to the grand jury on four counts of aggravated burglary, two counts of vandalism, four counts of grand theft, and four counts of criminal trespass.Jeffery Murphy was bound to the grand jury after a preliminary hearing on charges of domestic assault.Christy D. Newby was bound to the grand jury after waiving her right to preliminary hearing on the charge of manufacture of meth.Zachary Ward was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $150 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.Barry Bratton was directed to serve 30 days and pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.Virginia Andrews must pay $10 plus costs for disorderly conduct.Curtis Crumb must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Holly Richardson was directed to serve the balance of her sentence but can do so through in-patient rehab for violation of probation.Dwayne Reeder must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.Tracy Jennings was ordered to serve 90 days and must complete batterer intervention classes for violation of probation and failure to appear to prosecute a case.Tina Jennings was directed to serve 120 days and have her probation extended by a year for violation of probation.Theresa Gann was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence for violation of probation. She was given 10 more days for failure to report to jail.Melissa Culwell must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.Kevin Cope must serve 48 hours and have his probation extended by six months and have a mental health evaluation for violation of probation.
