A 38-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Haley Smith was ordered to serve 120 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $1,100 plus costs and lose her driver license for six years for third-offense DUI.• Steve Brady was instructed to serve four days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving on a revoked license.• Kevin Grizzle was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and violation of the open container law.• Gary Lankford was bound to the grand jury for possession of drugs and driving on a suspended license.• Duane Weber was issued a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• James Elrod must serve 48 hours and pay $50 plus costs for driving on a revoked license.• Heather Anderson, Keiffer Bain, Belinda Pleasant and Jose Contreras Villegas must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
