Sentences were handed down this past week by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Freddie Eldridge was bound to the grand jury on the charge of sixth-offense driving on a revoked license.• William Roller Jr., was bound to the grand jury on the charge of third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Brandon Thomas was issued an 11-month, 29-day probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs for possession of marijuana.• Vicente Vargas was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Latasha K. Grandey was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and must pay $100 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Marlin Pease was directed to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $450 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Timothy Ingram was instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Andrew McCormick must pay $250 plus costs and perform 16 hours public service work for underage DWI.• Bryan Hildreth was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license. He was given 48 hours in jail for failure to appear in court.• Matthew Irwin, James Scheidler, Victor Perez, Rafael Ramirez and Courtney Martin must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a driver license.• Christopher Bell must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
