A 14-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Trial Court. Cases included a man who led lawmen on an hour-long chase last month.The suspect, Travis Stoner, 22, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound to the grand jury on charges of reckless endangerment, vandalism, evading arrest, driving on a revoked license, running a red light, driving without a seatbelt or insurance, and speeding.His charges came after he was clocked speeding on Manchester Highway. Troopers said he refused to pull over and instead accelerated.
