MCMINNVILLE, Tenn. — A 54-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Billy Cooper was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $750 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for possession of drugs and fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Joshua Cagle was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of marijuana. He was also directed to serve 90 days for violation of probation.• Ruby Marquez was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for fifth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Irasema Garcia was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $100 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.• Justin Glover was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and attend anger management for domestic assault.
