MCMINNVILLE, Tenn. — A 54-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:
• Billy Cooper was directed to serve 30 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence and must pay $750 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for possession of drugs and fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.
• Joshua Cagle was ordered to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence and must perform 25 hours public service work and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of marijuana. He was also directed to serve 90 days for violation of probation.
• Ruby Marquez was directed to serve 45 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for fifth-offense driving on a revoked license.
• Irasema Garcia was instructed to serve 30 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $100 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for fourth-offense driving on a revoked license.
• Justin Glover was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence and attend anger management for domestic assault. He must also serve 48 hours for failure to appear.
• Christopher Dennis was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $600 plus costs, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work, and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and possession of marijuana.
• Gabriel Montero, Clarence Thrower and Timothy Hampton were ordered to serve four days of 11-29 sentences, pay $400 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class, and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.
• Bobby Sanders and Timothy Knight were instructed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose their driver licenses for one year for driving on a revoked license.
• Travis Gipson was ordered to serve 48 hours of six-month sentence and must pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.
• Coy Bunch, Melissa Roberts, Kandra Drewer, Jacob Talbert and William Rader must pay $50 plus and perform 16 hours public service work for underage consumption.
• Joshua Vazquez must pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Angelina Mendez, Thomas Higgins, Kimberly Taylor and Jessica Gilbert must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Jason Boren must serve 48 hours and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
• Amanda Crook must serve the balance of her sentence for violation of probation.
