An 80-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:
• Jason Tramel was ordered to serve 50 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, perform 24 hours public service work, pay $1,350 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and possession of drugs.
• Shawn Bell must serve 30 days and pay $50 plus costs for third-offense driving on a revoked license.
• Selina Burgess was bound to the grand jury on charges of evading arrest, reckless endangerment and DUI.
• Terry York was bound to the grand jury on charges of third-offense driving on a revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident.
• William Reynolds was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of marijuana.
• Clayton Seig was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for possession of marijuana.
• Christine Letendre was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Charles Anderson was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus cost and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.
• Howard Lorenz and Lacey Gibson were issued six-month probationary sentences, ordered to pay $50 plus costs and lose their driver licenses for one year for driving on a suspended license.
• Dakota Merriman was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.
• Daniel Campbell was given 30 days but released on time served and must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
• Barbara Grubbs and Leonard Grubbs must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
• Jose Jimenez, Thomas West, Cynthia Rivas and Jackie Pritchett must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
