An 80-person docket was heard by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Jason Tramel was ordered to serve 50 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, perform 24 hours public service work, pay $1,350 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and possession of drugs.• Shawn Bell must serve 30 days and pay $50 plus costs for third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Selina Burgess was bound to the grand jury on charges of evading arrest, reckless endangerment and DUI.• Terry York was bound to the grand jury on charges of third-offense driving on a revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident.• William Reynolds was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of marijuana.• Clayton Seig was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for possession of marijuana.• Christine Letendre was handed a six-month probationary sentence and must pay $150 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for possession of drug paraphernalia.• Charles Anderson was ordered to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence and pay $50 plus cost and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Howard Lorenz and Lacey Gibson were issued six-month probationary sentences, ordered to pay $50 plus costs and lose their driver licenses for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Dakota Merriman was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Daniel Campbell was given 30 days but released on time served and must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Barbara Grubbs and Leonard Grubbs must pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Jose Jimenez, Thomas West, Cynthia Rivas and Jackie Pritchett must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
