A 93-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• David Medley was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, perform 24 hours public service work, pay $100 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for criminal impersonation, driving on a revoked license and evading arrest. He must also serve the balance of the time he owes for violation of probation.• Benjamin Martni was ordered to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Gary McComis was directed to serve five days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his license for one year for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• Norma Bennett was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose her driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a suspended license.• William Bradley was directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $100 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia.• Dana O’Neal was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $160 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without a license.• Max Quick and Charles Farless were ordered to serve 48 hours of six-month sentences, pay $50 plus costs and lose their driver licenses for one year for driving on a revoked license.• Rodney Rackley and Jared Caldwell were instructed to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class, and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Autumn Miller was bound to the grand jury on the charge of DUI.• Timmy Barnes must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Drew Parson must pay $50 plus costs for leaving the scene of an accident.• Jason Clark, Eric Anderson, Javier Sanchez, Maria Rodrigues, Jose Esparza, Micah Collins and Jose Flores must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
