An 89-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• William Earls was ordered to serve five days of a six-month sentence, perform 16 hours public service work, and pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for criminal impersonation and driving on a revoked license.• Damon Grove was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must pay $400 plus costs for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.• Marques Martin and Alfonso Morales must serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI school, perform 24 hours public service work and lose their driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Dustin McKillip was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs, and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.• Christian Alexander was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $400 plus costs for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.• Scott Reed was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $250 plus costs, and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.• Harrison Downing was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of marijuana.• Alejandro Diaz must serve 10 days and pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.• Simone Lotu must pay $50 plus costs for leaving the scene.• Jennifer Gibbs and Isabel Cuestas must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• James Nava must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.• Wendell Stoner must pay $50 plus costs for violation of the open container law.
