An 89-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:
• William Earls was ordered to serve five days of a six-month sentence, perform 16 hours public service work, and pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for criminal impersonation and driving on a revoked license.
• Damon Grove was given an 11-29 sentence but released on time served and must pay $400 plus costs for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
• Marques Martin and Alfonso Morales must serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, attend DUI school, perform 24 hours public service work and lose their driving privileges for one year for DUI.
• Dustin McKillip was directed to serve 48 hours of a six-month sentence, pay $50 plus costs, and lose his driver license for one year for driving on a suspended license.
• Christian Alexander was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $400 plus costs for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
• Scott Reed was instructed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $250 plus costs, and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
• Harrison Downing was issued an 11-29 probationary sentence and must pay $250 plus costs and undergo a drug and alcohol assessment for possession of marijuana.
• Alejandro Diaz must serve 10 days and pay $10 plus costs for public intoxication.
• Simone Lotu must pay $50 plus costs for leaving the scene.
• Jennifer Gibbs and Isabel Cuestas must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
• James Nava must serve 48 hours for violation of probation.
• Wendell Stoner must pay $50 plus costs for violation of the open container law.
