A 62-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Harley Smith was ordered to serve 10 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose driving privileges for one year for third-offense driving on a revoked license.• Jason Deckard was bound to the grand jury on the charge of third-offense DUI.• Raymond Hudgens was bound to the grand jury on charges of DUI, driving on a revoked license and possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.• Jessie Hoch and Daniel Skelton were ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose driving privileges for one year for DUI.• Brett Marney must serve 10 days and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license and failure to appear in court.• Roberto Garcia and Mark Jones must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Jonathan Croom must serve 48 hours and have his probation extended by six months for violation of probation.
