A 64-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• Matthew Pursley was ordered to serve 45 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $650 plus costs and lose his driver license for two years for second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.• Kristopher Walls and Johnny Stephens were directed to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose their driver license for one year for second-offense driving on a revoked license.• Thomas Milligan was ordered to serve seven days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, lose his driver license, attend DUI class and forfeit his weapon for DUI and possession of a handgun while under the influence.• Thomas Turner was fined $300 plus costs and must perform 24 hours public service work and lose driving privileges for one year for underage DWI and driving on a suspended license.• William Delong was granted an 11-29 judicial diversion and must pay $250 plus costs and perform 24 hours public service work for possession of marijuana.• Adam Cope was bound to the grand jury on charges of DUI, third-offense driving on a suspended license, possession of a legend drug, having no insurance and violation of the open container law.• Misty Arnold and Sazo Filomeno must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Brandon Chisam, Miguel Ruiz, Jesse Card and Ricky Harper must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.
