A 43-person docket was heard Thursday by Judge Bill Locke in General Sessions Traffic Court. Included in court action:• David Fuqua was ordered to serve 60 days of an 11-month, 29-day sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for fourth-offense driving on a suspended license. He was given another 60-day sentence for violating his probation.• Brandon Roach was instructed to serve 60 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $50 plus costs and lose his driver license for fifth-offense driving on a suspended license.• Robin Bynum was directed to serve 47 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $650 plus costs and lose his driver license for second-offense DUI and driving on a revoked license.• Forest Egerton was directed to serve 30 days and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.• Elijah Smith was ordered to serve 48 hours of an 11-29 sentence, pay $400 plus costs, attend DUI class, perform 24 hours public service work and lose his driver license for one year for DUI and driving without a license.• Shane Snider and Ismael Ortega were ordered to serve 48 hours of 11-29 sentences, pay $350 plus costs, perform 24 hours public service work, attend DUI class and lose their driver licenses for one year for DUI.• Crystal Thompson was bound to the grand jury on the charge of driving on a suspended license.• Dwayne Thompson must serve five days and pay $50 plus costs for driving without a license.• Abel Vasquez was directed to serve 12 days of an 11-29 sentence, pay $200 plus costs and lose his driver license for one year for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and driving on a revoked license.• Fernando Rodriguez must serve 48 hours and pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Efrain Dominguez, Maria Hernandez, Eric Mason, Jeremiah Brooks and Robert Trainer must pay $10 plus costs for driving without a license.• Michael Mosca must serve the balance of his sentence for violation of probation.
